Any implied warranty determined to be applicable is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply in all cases. Trans-Dapt Performance Products gaskets, o-rings, convoluted wire coverings, vacuum hoses, and fasteners are warrantied for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Trans-Dapt Performance will, at its sole option, credit, repair or replace the item. No other expenses incurred in security relief under this warranty shall be borne by Trans-Dapt Performance Products including, but not limited to, labor charges for installation, removal or alteration of any warranted product. Further, Trans-Dapt Performance shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its goods, or from the use of any goods, defective or otherwise.No warranty claims will be allowed before the alleged defective part is evaluated by the Trans-Dapt Performance factory. Alleged defective parts will only be accepted from the original warehouse distributor who purchased them. No returns will be accepted from jobber accounts or retail purchasers. All returns must be routed through the original warehouse distributor. Warehouse distributors must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from the factory before returning the item. All returns must be shipped freight PREPAID. This warranty does not apply to products which have been modified or altered outside the factory specifications including improper or faulty repair, parts subject to accident, negligence, disassembly, abuse, misuse, improper installation or unsuited uses.Although the literature and pictorial representation of the products are believed to be correct at the time of publication, accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
